Mountainbike
-
LEVEL 1
Cycling with mountain bike or electric bike (individually).
For cyclists who would like to cycle on their own across the Andalusian countryside, on good forest roads and small asphalted roads. The uphills are moderate, there are no single-track trails here. You need a physical condition to cycle from 35 to 60 kilometres and between 400 and 600 metres uphill each day.
-
LEVEL 2
Mountain Bike Week on the Bikestation (group or individually).
The mountain bike tours are varied, we drive on forest tracks, trails and dry river beds. We try to avoid asphalt as much as possible. For bikers who like to try out single track routes.
You need a physical condition to cycle from 45 to 75 kilometres and between 600 and 1200 metres uphill each day. The tours can be adapted to the level and likes of the group. -
LEVEL 3
Sierra Nevada Cross (individually)
The Sierra Nevada is a challenging area of forest trails and bike trails. You should have a physical condition to cycle from 50 -80 kms and between 1000 and 2000 metres uphill each day.
Pyrenees Cross (Group)
FFor the crossing of the Pyrenees, it is important to have a good level of fitness and always keep the goal in mind: to arrive at the Atlantic . The terrain is mainly small unpaved forest roads, but also tarred narrow mountain roads, trails are only a small part. This tour is suitable for bikers, who regularly cycle.
The requirements are a daily average of 1500 meters uphill (between 600 and 2200 meters) and route length between 40 and 105 kilometers.
Road bike
-
LEVEL 2
Road Bike Week on the Bikestation (group or individually)
The terrain in our area is mountainous, there are countless small, low-traffic roads with good asphalt. The planned routes are between 80 and 130 km long and will have between 400 and 1500 metres uphill. These routes can also be shortened or lengthened to fulfill needs or likes.
-
LEVEL 3
Sierra Nevada Tour - Vuelta a Sierra Nevada (group or individually)
The trip around the Sierra Nevada is a challenging tour for road bikers who are used to ride regularly. The proposed route has stages from 80 to 140 km per day and uphills between 1200 and 2400 metres/per day. Variants can be added and distances to cycle can be lengthened.
Hiking
-
LEVEL 2
Cabo de Gata (individually)
For this coastal walk, you should be used to hiking from 4 to 6 hours per day. The terrain are hiking trails and forest tracks. The longest uphill takes about 45 minutes. You must be able to walk with self-confidence on small rocky tracks. The stages are from 12 to 16 km long and from 400 to 600 metres uphill.
GR 7 (individually)
The GR 7 goes on constant up and down path across the Alpujarras. You should be used to hiking about 5 to 6 hours per day, and the longest uphill takes about 2 hours. The route goes along old mule trails and foot paths, and you should be able to walk with security on small rocky tracks. The length of the stages are between 12 to 18 km and from 400 to 800 metres uphill.
-
LEVEL 3
